Information You Submit
Search terms
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Rockingham County Released Inmates does not store or log those terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its collection and handling.
Messages
An email or contact-form message may be retained long enough to answer it and maintain the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
